I offer tutoring for K–5 English and Math, as well as English Language Learning (ELL) for all ages.
Yes. My services are designed to support students of all learning styles, including those who feel behind. My priority is building understanding and confidence, so students feel capable of tackling academic challenges independently.
All sessions are conducted online via Google Meet.
No. While I provide guidance, tools and support, academic improvement ultimately depends on the student’s effort and engagement. I can teach and support, but I cannot learn on a student’s behalf.
Yes. Each student is treated as an individual. Siblings of current or former students are each eligible for one trial session, provided it is their first time using my services.
Sessions are one-on-one and interactive. I use information provided during registration to prepare in advance. Sessions typically include:
A brief check-in and discussion
An interactive lesson or guided explanation
Practice, clarification, and review
Session structure varies slightly depending on the session type but always follows a clear and organized format.
Sessions are broken into focused segments, include interaction throughout, and are paced to keep students engaged without overwhelming them.
Students are expected to be respectful and ready to learn. I can accommodate minor behavioral challenges, but inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in early session termination without refund. I provide academic support, not behavioral correction.
Both. I use current schoolwork as a reference, but I prioritize foundational understanding so students learn the concept, not just how to solve specific problems.
That’s okay. Progress matters. Even partial understanding is improvement. If a topic requires further support beyond tutoring, I may recommend communicating directly with the student’s teacher.
Personalization. Every session is tailored to the student’s needs, learning style, and pace. I focus on individual understanding, not one-size-fits-all instruction.
